History of cronolog

I developed the precursor to cronolog in 1996 while consulting for the British Council. This I then rewrote and released in December 1996. There have been a number of releases over the years, although as my web hosting provider did not allow me to run cronolog I did not update it frequently. The new cronolog.org web site is on a dedicated Linux server and uses cronolog, so I expect to continue to develop it.
