- analog
- Reportedly the most popular web log analyzer in the world.
Fast and configurable – written in C.
- AWStats
- A free powerful and featureful tool, written in Perl, that
generates advanced web, ftp or mail server statistics and graphs.
- Report Magic for Analog
- An add-on for the Analog logfile analysis program that allows you
to make great looking reports from the analysis of your logfiles.
- Statomatic
- Statomatic is a real-time web site traffic analysis tool. It will
track and analyze your web site hits and generate detailed, on-demand
reports in HTML format with interactive pie-charts and graphs.
- webalizer
- A fast, free web server log file analysis program written in C. It
produces highly detailed, easily configurable usage reports in HTML
format, for viewing with a standard web browser.
- pwebstats
- Another analyser written in Perl; this one does not seem to have been updated since 1999.

- pgLOGd
- A sophisticated log collection daemon that reads log entries in a fixed format
from a named pipe and inserts records into a PostgreSQL database.
- rotatelogs
- The log rotation program that comes with Apache. It is not as
flexible as cronolog, but was the initial impetus behind me developing
cronolg.

- Home of the lire reporting and analysis tool
- mergelog (and zmergelog)
- a small and fast C program which merges web server log files by
date. It assumes that the log files are in 'Common Log Format'. and
has been designed to easily manage huge log files from highly stressed
servers. mergelog handles plain text files while
zmergelog also supports gzipped log files
- mod_log_mysql
- An Apache module for logging to MySQL.
