I've noticed that too.
I've tried to rewrite the io part of cronolog, switching from raw
(open, close, read, write) to line buffered (fopen, fclose, fread,
fwrite, fflush), though I'm not sure it is a good idea safety wise,
and - of course - I'm still testing it.
