Hi Alan I'm using Cronolog v1.6.2 on HP-UX 11i system running Apache 2.0.46 and Tomcat 4.1.12. Thanks, Bob -----Original Message----- From: Alan Sparks [mailto:asparks@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2003 12:16 To: Hoffman, Robert J (WWDO - Atlanta) Cc: jim.r.halfpenny@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; Cronolog mailing list Subject: RE: CRONOLOG: Cronolog and mod_jk JkLogFile Just for reference, what version of mod_jk are you using? Looking through the source for mod_jk connectors for Apache 1.x or 2.x, for Tomcat 4.0.6 or 4.1.27, it appears to not support piped logs (only absolute paths to real files). Does not appear to borrow Apache's piped log API. -Alan On Wed, 2003-11-12 at 09:41, Hoffman, Robert J (WWDO - Atlanta) wrote: > Hi Jim, > > I've tried several variations of the following: > > JkLogFile "|/usr/local/sbin/cronolog /tmp/jk.%Y-%m%d.log" > > The /tmp/jk.%Y-%m%d.log file never gets created. > > The same syntax works fine with my Apache 2.0 CustomLog directive. > > Thanks, > > Bob > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: jim.r.halfpenny@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:jim.r.halfpenny@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2003 11:28 > To: Hoffman, Robert J (WWDO - Atlanta) > Cc: cronolog-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: Re: CRONOLOG: Cronolog and mod_jk JkLogFile > > > > > > > Hi, > Could you post the directives in your config file?
