[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Strange Apache problem with ErrorLog
If anybody could help me, I would REALLY appreciate it. I've installed cronolog and have it working with Apache. I have several virtual hosts and I've replaced all virtual and the two main logs with cronolog references. I even have one ssl domain and it's on cronolog too. The weird thing is that every singe log works perfectly except for the default error file. When the server starts, it throws a few simple warnings and they go into the primary error file correctly. Cronolog logs it to the correct file. After that, the primary error log begins filling up with cronolog usage statements. This starts filling up the error file very quickly. The other error files are fine. Is the problem this error file, or is there some error not getting trapped somewhere else that is getting routed to this instance of cronolog? If somebody could help me I would really appreciate it. I love the program, but my /var/log is fillng up way too fast. Thanks.
